I am running a half marathon on March 28, 2010, to help this cause. The funds raised help provide neglected backyard dogs with sturdy, PETA-built doghouses, ensures that hundreds of cruelty calls each week get investigated, enables our undercover investigators to expose the cruelty that occurs behind closed doors, and much more!
The general public has NO IDEA the horrific cruelty that goes on. After working in rescue for years, I have seen the devastation this cruelty causes.
